BOOKING-

You must book your appointment online or in person to receive service. No booking over the phone or DM’s. When booking an appointment please read service details to ensure you are booking the correct service. Some may require additional booking. A credit/debit card and reservation fee will be required.  Once booked you will receive an email confirming your appointment and links to edit or reschedule. You have until 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to make changes. Services can not be changed once appointment time has started. Make sure to book add-on services before confirming appointment. 

RESERVATION FEE -

Your reservation fee will be a non-refundable $15 applied to your total at check-out. Your reservation fee is transferable one time only within 30 days. Booking your next appointment in person will automatically waive reservation fee.

SALON -

When attending your appointment we ask that you don’t bring extra people. Children are allow in salon only if they’re being serviced.

SERVICES - 

All services come with a relaxing steam wash with complimentary head massage. Coming washed does not change service total. For sanitary and styling purposes all customers will be washed. Once service is complete you will be asked if you’re satisfied with your service. Please, if unsatisfied let your stylist know before check out to help better satisfy your needs. Ask your stylist about maintenance and upkeep you may need if not touched on during your appointment. If for some reason you need something fix or you feel we’ve made a mistake please reach out and we will accommodate you in the best way possible. 

SICK/COVID-19 -

As a salon we are taking the proper measures to keep everyone in our salon safe. When entering the salon please sanitize or wash your hands. All stations are 6ft apart. We do not require you to wear a mask in the building but recommend. Please cancel appointment if you are sick.

CANCELLATIONS - 

We ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hrs before scheduled booking. A link will be provided in your confirmation email. If for any reason your stylist has to cancel you will be refunded your reservation fee or rescheduled. We understand emergencies happen and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

NO CALL NO SHOW -

Your card on file will be charged 75% of your service total. Failure to have proper form of payment will result in being restricted from future booking.
